This crazy cart brushless kit is the budget route to serious power on a standard Crazy Cart, because it fits the stock fork and you don’t need a new front end on day one. Tottoms uses the same motor, controller and belt drive on its PRO Karts, and you can add the PRO Fork later when you are ready.
Inside the crazy cart brushless kit
Every motor is bench tested with its paired controller before it ships. The controller arrives with a conservative 1400w tune, while the powertrain can reliably handle up to 4000w if your battery can supply it. Power settings, speed data and total miles can be viewed and adjusted in the VESC Tool app, either by phone over Bluetooth or on a PC with a cable.

Before you buy / install notes
- Fits the standard Crazy Cart only; it is not compatible with the Crazy Cart XL.
- When using the stock fork, the original chain tensioner must stay fitted.
- Do not exceed 48v; that is the motor’s maximum voltage.
- Fitting the power switch requires slightly drilling out the charging-port hole.
- Keep the supplied connectors: the XT90S provides anti-spark protection, and wiring on different connectors voids the warranty.
- Raising the amp limit adds torque, not top speed, and is done at your own risk.
- If you are not comfortable with electrical work, we strongly recommend professional installation.
